Cancellation and Refund Policy
We accept cancellations made in 2 hours after placing the order.Please reach out to our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds. We refund all payments made for orders placed as a store credit, which can be used by customers for future purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of products in the future.
Return Policy
Material once purchased can be returned if in case of any damage and can buy another product from us. No return or cancellation is accepted due to the desirability factor nor color brightness change. The opening video of the package received is mandatory for an exchange !
Refund Policy
The Refund will start Processing only after we’ve received and inspected your return/cancellation. The refund approval will be based on the return policy provided. We will inform about the refund is intiated after approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days on your original payment method.
